This is my first show at GVR West Center where we winter in Green Valley each year.
I do many tributes, and this will be a great valentines evening for lovers.

My “The Last Crooner” concert is coming in a two weeks.
Every year I love doing my TONY Bennett Tribute somewhere in AZ. This year it’s at the Gaslight Music Hall in Oro’Valley neat Tucson. My first time in this dual Theatre/Music Hall venue.
I’m excited to Have a great group of players to bring you this book of music. Those who follow me over the decades know I’ve played solo shows on Keys and Guitars for decades. However, for this book of tunes of the Great TONY Bennett, I give up my playing and just focus on singing. I’ll do most the tunes from the ’74 TONY Bennett / Bill Evans Album. “My fav. piano and a voice” recording.
Angelo Versace is an amazing pianist, and covers these Bill Evans voicing’s stunningly for this show.
Scott Black is back on upright this year.
Arthur Vint is coming in on Drums.
You know these three well in the Tucson Jazz community.
And joining in with us this year is Andrew Gross, and amazing reed player from the Phoenix jazz scene.
Two shows. One at 2PM and one at 6PM.
Since most the shows in DEC. are Christmas themes, I’m dropping all the holiday tunes except the one “A Child is Born”. This tune is the only Tony tune I’m aware of where Tony sang lightly in his head voice in spots.
If you’ve only heard me sing many of these tunes alone on solo piano, this is at another level. Last year I saw a couple in Green Valley I know. They asked me where I’m playing. I said I just finished my TONY Bennett show last weekend. They responded, “Craig, we saw a great TONY Bennett show last week. They told me the theatre and I said….. “That was me”. They didn’t believe me until I showed them photos from my phone that were sent to me. Oh my, I guess I should dress up a bit more when not on stage:).

Spring/Summer 2021
Proud to announce Craig T & Meritage will be spending our third season every Friday in Minnesota at the beautiful Sovereign Estate Winery on the banks of Lake Waconia.
Outdoors under the stunning Glass Pavilion overlooking the Estate Vineyards and Lake Waconia, I will be singing and playing on my Grand with an even larger lineup this year and a few special guests.

I began doing Billy Joel Tributes in my club acts in 1978 with Yanni as my second keyboard player in the group “Sheer Delight”. (Now that sounds like a disco-era band title, and it was).
I do the intimate solo piano look at Billy’s Career but now for the first time in 40 years, I’ve put a band back together to celebrate his catalog that I love. Billy is the GOAT, so get tickets to a few select shows around the country this year and enjoy a bottle of red… or a bottle of white, with us.

FALL / WINTER 2021
Well, stay tuned for news about our fall winter lineup. If you’re a snowbird, you just might be seeing me on the East Coast GA/Florida line this fall. More details and dates to come. Hint: Could be a solo grand piano gig, a three week Christmas show with the band, and perhaps a Billy Joel “VintageBIlly New Years Bash” on an Island with room packages available.
This will be followed by select dates from Jan.-March in the Tucson AZ region.
And after that I’ll be looking like this in Montana for awhile.
